This band festival is an exciting trip, and a great performance and
educational opportunity for the 8th Grade Symphonic Band Students.
Cost: $250 for each student attending
Music Boosters is donating $50 for each
student attending, bringing the total to $200. We are
providing a fundraiser to offset the
cost of the trip, RockBand A-Thon. If you student wishes to
participate in this fundraiser, every
dollar they raise in sponsorship goes to offset their OSU total.
For example, if your student raises
$100 in sponsorship money, that student's OSU total would
then be $100.
All student fees are due March 15th.
If you require additional financial assistance, please fill
out the Financial Assistance Form on the left and return to Mr.
Wenman either via email or bring to the school.
Hotel: The Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis
The Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis hotel is
on the campus of Oregon State University and adjacent to
Reser Stadium, Gill Coliseum, and the OSU Conference Complex
which includes the LaSells Stewart
Center where the festival is held. Their address is

Oregon Zoo - Saturday
On Saturady we will be visiting the Oregon Zoo in Portland.
While in the zoo, the students will be
asked to stay in groups and be well accounted for.
Chaperones
There will be 4 chaperones
attending this trip, not including Mr. Wenman. The chaperone fee is
$100. If you are interested in being a chaperone,
please contact Mr. Wenman via
email. As always
you are welcome to attend the event on your own, please let
Mr. Wenman know, if you plan to do so.
Medical Insurance
All students attending this
event must show proof of medical insurance. If your student does not
have medical insurance, you can purchase this through the
district.
