board agreed that the following two items would be recommended to the
general
membership:
o $100
to be paid for our portion of the OSU additional costs from last
year’s
trip. To be paid to the SMS Music
Booster’s group
o $100
to be paid to the Wild Cat Production Club as a donation for the work
at last
year’s Music Showcase and to
encourage
participation again this year.

Recommended
agenda items for the next scheduled Board Meeting, Monday, October 5:
o Modification
of the bylaws-delete the need for Executive positions on the board
o Tax
return—do we need to file?
o Financial
reporting in general: How to keep
accurate, efficient records on events for current and future reference
o Event
process tracking
o Future
guest speakers/topics for the General meetings
